Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: GBP19,000 - GBP20,000
CRA Legal are recruiting for a Legal Advisor with Employment Law experience. Our client, a reputable law firm based in Sheffield are looking for a driven professional with experience working as an Helpline Advisor in employment law settings previously. Roles & Responsibilities:
Taking inbound calls from new and existing clients
Advising clients on new and existing claims in relation to employment matters
Updating files and cases
Transferring calls where appropriate
Legal Coverage:
Unfair and Constructive Dismissal
Wrongful Dismissal
Equal Pay issues
Discrimination and harassment
Contract issues
Redundancy matter
Required Attributes
6 months experience working in an Employment Law environment
6 months experience working as a legal helpline advisor
Experience managing own clients and caseload
Excellent customer service skills
Educated to degree level
