The key focus of this position is to ensure the effective delivery of various HCM talent modules (Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, and Learning) into a variety of complex and multifaceted global clients
The person in this role will also be responsible for:

Gather user requirements,

Lead complex implementation projects

Interpreting project requirements to determine the best solutions

Working with customer on site and remotely, to ensure quality configurations/solutions.

Managing project workflow and coordinate project resources
