Spanish & Italian Customer Account Coordinator - Permanent - Watford - GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 + benefits - to start ASAP
IN2 Consult have an exciting opportunity for an Italian and Spanish speaking Customer Account Coordinator to work with a reputable, marketing leading, global organisation based in Watford. The view is to have interviews take place immediately.
The duties of the role include:
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Managing customer orders from order entry to billing
Communicating with customers over telephone, email and fax
Managing deliveries including liaising with warehouse and delivery teams and meeting customer expectations
Raise credits and adjustments on customer accounts
Liaise with credit collections to ensure any outstanding customer debts are resolved in a timely manner
Liaising with sales teams regularly
Implement process improvements
The successful candidate will:
Speak fluent Italian AND Spanish, with a native proficiency in one of the languages
Have experience in customer service
Have experience of working within a global organisations
