To apply please call (phone number removed) or email me; Based in Stoke-on-Trent, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the System Operations team with related experience within the fast-paced IT sector, being able to produce Splunk / Powershell / Networking knowledge, along with the drive to move and progress with the business at this fast pace. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Immersing yourself as a key member on the team, you will be troubleshooting and resolving service affecting issues, you will also be responding to any technical issues that have been escalated, you will be using your previous skills to plan and deliver system upgrades. You will be using your excellent communication skills to liaise with senior managers and stakeholders when handling any incidents and requests. This role has become live due to the expansion of the business so if you are proactive and want to join one of the UKs fastest growing IT companies then this could be the role for you!
