A Customer Service Advisor is required for this well established and growing business.

The role is varied and will include:

Handle and action vehicle estimates including pricing, upgrades and repairs.
Liaise with the Inspection Teams to ensure consistency for the Customer
Monitor vendor quotes
Liaise with partners to establish best routes of repair
Maintenance of accurate customer reports and informationThis role offers a basic salary of GBP18,000 per annum plus team bonus and generous benefits package.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week working between the hours of 8.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

To be suitable for this role you must have:

Ability to communicate with customers, via telephone and email in a professional and proficient manner
Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in Excel and Outlook
Experience in Transport planning is desirable
