Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients who are a well-known company in the Contact Centre Market. We are currently looking for a number of customer service advisors to join their talented and experienced team due to unprecedented expansion.

You will be based from your own home and calls will be diverted through to you using an online system. You will need working internet access from home with a strong connection. Full training and equipment will be supplied to you.

A quiet and private place to work whilst taking calls is required in order to provide a professional service to customers.

Various shifts patterns are required to fit in with the demands of the business so successful candidates will be expected to remain flexible to work shifts for the following hours:

Monday to Sunday between 08:00 - 20:00 - 37.5 hours per week

GBP9.30 per hour

This role will consist of inbound and outbound calls; however, the calls will be purely service focussed, and no sales will be required.

This is an ongoing temporary role

The successful Customer Service Agent should possess the following skills and experience:

- Effective listening skills
- Adept at multi-tasking while listening to calls
- A focused and keen attitude to work and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets
- PC literate
- Passionate and eager for a new challenge
