Breakfast Chef
Are you an enthusiastic Chef, who's looking to work full time in a permanent role 5 days a week in a beautiful historic coastal hotel?As the Breakfast Chef you will be running the breakfast service ensuring all standards are maintained on both made to order, and buffet items. You will be responsible for the prep for the next day.
Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Experience in professional cooking and love for food important.
Free onsite parking and free meals whilst on shift
