Job Summary/Functions

Planning of Church Programs and Activities
Preaching and Teaching in Church Services
Leading Worship Services
Training of Church Workers
Officiating Special Ceremonies like Lord Super, Wedding, Burial, Christening etc.
All other functions as assigned by the Senior Pastor of the Church

Required Skills - Applicant must possess the following skills:
Strong Counselling Skills
Apt to Teach
Conflict Management Skills
Excellent Team Player
Effective communication skill (verbal & written)
Works well under pressure
Time management and organisation skills.
A practical and flexible approach to work
Tact, patience and understanding.

Adheres to confidentiality.

Education:
Minimum of Certificate in Theology, Religious Education or related fields (Required)

Experience:
Pastoral: 2 years (Required)

Language:
English (Required)
Knowledge of one or two African Languages will be an added advantage e.g Yoruba
