Senior Stock Investment Manager / Building Surveyor / Planned Works Contracts Manager

 

Location: Leicester

 

Salary: £47,000 + £1,875 car allowance

 

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

 

Permanent

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Stock Investment Manager with in depth knowledge of Building Surveying to join our dedicated team in Leicester. The primary focus for this role is to lead a small team to project manage our investment work /large scale planned work contracts.

 

 

We really want to hear from you if you;

 

  • Hold a relevant degree qualification, or have experience to meet the requirements of this role;

     

    Have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experience and satisfaction through stock investment works;

     

    Have experience in delivering investment works to social housing or private residential housing;

     

    Have experience of managing suppliers through long term contracts which include JCT Measured Term contracts or similar;
