The Company:
Our client is a fun and creative company who is looking for motivated and driven administrator.
Main duties:
Supporting Export and Customer Service Teams in promoting and developing company internationally.
The Role:
- To support internal Sales and Customer Service Teams
- To process the orders and returns
- To perform an administrative tasks and constantly improving the processes
- To handle customer's and distributor's inquiries by phone or email in a timely manner
- To record and investigate any missing deliveries and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue
- To maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- To update Internal Database
- To create reports and analyse the data
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & French AND/OR German AND/OR Spanish (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.)
- Independent and problem solving personality
- Creative and visionary mind
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Outgoing and dynamic individual with a creative mind
Salary: GBP25,000
