Salary: £31,400 - £33,827 per annum

Location: Cannington Campus, TA5 2LS

Cannington Golf Club is seeking to appoint a new Golf Club Manager, continuing to build a club that has its members at heart, providing a high-quality experience for everyone at the club.  Recent developments at the club have included the re-modelling of the driving range, including the implementation of a state of the art Golf Studio, along with modifications to the design of the course that have been well received by members.  The club is now seeing a record number of members, welcoming a community of golfers of all abilities from the local community.

This is an exciting time to be joining Cannington Golf Club and the post-holder will be inheriting a high-performing, passionate and dedicated team.  The Golf Club Manager will have responsibility for overseeing budgets and expenditure, whilst also setting the strategy for driving revenue through the Driving Range, Swing studio, Pro Shop and bar/catering facility.  The post-holder will also play a key role alongside the Head of Department and wider College Estates team about potential future expansion of the Golf Club and Course.

Key to our mission of growing further, the post holder will be dynamic in supporting the development of coaching across all age ranges and abilities.  Further, they will be integral in growing partnerships with key external stakeholders to further raise the profile of Cannington Golf Club.
