Salary- GBP35K
You will be working in a very sought after central location, based in stunning offices, in a role where you can grow and develop your skills.
This is a really exciting time to join the HR team assisting and supporting with the following duties -
Managing the new joiner administration process, issuing contracts of employment
Managing internal tracking tools to monitor the new joiner process and ensure it has been followed correctly and in a timely manner
Support performance and reward with ad-hoc preparation for annual processes
Track completion rates for annual performance process and provide reporting
Maintain employee queries in a timely manner (e.g. reference requests, policy queries)
Provide support in administering HR policies and procedures
Process monthly HR invoices in alignment with the finance process
Maintain organisational charts
Liaison with regional HR colleagues
Responsible for the HR in box answering all queries in a timely manner
Experience/ Skills -
Working knowledge of HR processes (employee life cycle- joiner, mover, leaver, organisational management, recruitment, payroll)
Experience using HR Information Systems
Confident presenter and communicator both written and verbal
High level of attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Resilient and able to work well in a demanding and diverse environment
Flexible, collaborative and able to work as a part of a small team
Highly customer orientated
Strong people skills with good emotional intelligence
This role is paying up to 35k. The company are within walking distance of Reading train station and have excellent facilities.
