What will your role be?
Your role will be to provide support to the Finance Officer in administration of Right to Buy (RTB) and Right to Acquire (RTA) enquiries and applications, ensuring that all legislation and regulations are adhered to, whilst providing an excellent service to our tenants. In addition to this, you will support the Finance Officer in the accurate and timely processing of all tenant charges and payments, ensuring that internal controls are adhered to.
What skills and experience will you have?
You will have experience of dealing with conflicting priorities and prioritising your workload, along with good time management skills. This role also requires the successful candidate to have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, along with excellent verbal and written communication. Furthermore, you will hold 3 A Levels or have an equivalent level of education (including English Language and Mathematics at GCSE).
