Due to market growth we are looking for talented Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Trades and Labour business in Plymouth.

Your new role

As a Recruitment Resourcer in Plymouth you will be supporting the Somerset, Devon and Cornwall trades and labour business by assisting in the delivery of recruitment best practice by maintaining standard procedures, ensuring effective candidate care and overseeing compliance administration and payroll customer service. You will support a team of recruitment consultants across the region by checking all necessary compliance documentation, updating all required information on our database and carry out regular audits.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a proven track record of working in a similar role preferably with some strong exposure to customer service or recruitment resourcing, and strong IT skills are essential. Given the nature of this role you'll also need to demonstrate an organised approach to your work and an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You'll need an eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic to ensure that the data and compliance records are accurate and complete.
