Our HR team provide a full service to our manufacturing business and regional Branches throughout the UK!
Due to business expansion we are looking to recruit a further Mobile HR Advisor, who will be dedicated to service the Branches and also assist in delivering a service to the whole business.
What is the role?
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be part of a supportive, friendly, professional HR team. Working closely with our Branch Managers to provide support and advice for all HR issues. Including the following:
* Recruitment & Induction
* Disciplinaries & Grievance
* Sickness & Absence Management
* Performance Management
* Coaching
* Identifying Training Needs
* Mental Health First Aid
* Audits of Processes, procedures and documentation
* TUPE
Regular travel to our Branches offices is required in this role.
How will you do this?
You will provide advice and support to employees and managers across the business by regular visits, skype meetings and phone calls. Through your strong knowledge of employment law and legislation and experience in managing ER issues, you will ensure a fair, reasonable and consistent process that promotes excellence in people management across the business.
Is this the role for you?
To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas:
* Hold a CIPD qualification
* Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an advisor
* Possess a broad knowledge and experience of handling employee relations issues
* Strong knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR working practices
* Able to both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop good rapport and strong business relationships
* Able to handle issues sensitively and confidentially
* Full driving licence
