BRC are working with the a housing association based in Blaina who are looking for a Project Contracts Manager on a permanent basis on a salary of GBP34,783.00
We have an immediate requirement to work for a local housing association to supervise the investment programme. This role will be ensuring health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.
You will also deliver the Asset Management strategy through contributing to options appraisals and lead specific stock and business improvement initiatives and projects; Managing the performance of appointed contractors through regular contract meetings to ensure projects are returned in a timely manner and in line with quality standards; and oversee the cost management of projects, within the team, implementing effective cost management procedures.
The successful candidate will be educated to Level 4 National Qualification Framework, have experience of JCT and NEC Contracts, and knowledge of up to date legislation and building construction.
