Timac Agro UK are expanding and to support with our expansion goals we are actively looking to recruit a Regional Manager for the South West covering Devon and Cornwall.

As the Regional Manager you will manage and support a field based commercial team who are responsible for growing our already existing client base. You will have previous experience in managing and growing a successful field-based sales team and be of a "Results driven mindset". You will need to demonstrate strong relationship building skills and ability to motivate and grow your sales team.

As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for:

* Managing a field-based sales team

* Build relationships with distribution channels

* Promoting Timac Agro UK products

* Sales campaign management

* P & L responsibility

* Keep abreast of market trends and new innovations

* Hold monthly progress meetings with your team

* Attend regular business updates with Senior Management

* Support recruitment activities in your region

* Set goals and KPI's for your team

* Hold regular performance 1-2-1 reviews

* Ensure the CRM is regularly updated

Key Skills and Experience:

* Previous management experience

* Ability to build successful sales teams

* B2B relationship building

* Have a desire to succeed

* Ability to measure and analyse KPI's

* Exposure to Salesforce

* Desirable: Knowledge of Farming/Agriculture industry

* A full, clean UK Driving License
