Role Profile

Our client is an established manufacturing business in the Wigan area.

They are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and German to join their multilingual customer service team.

Key responsibilities

Manage the end to end sales order process to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full
Expedite customer orders where necessary
Act as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries, develop strong relationships with your portfolio of customers
Proactively work to resolve issues on behalf of your clients
Liaise extensively with internal departments to coordinate the fulfilment of customer orders as well as problem resolution

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
Proven problem solving ability
Passion for excellent customer servicePrevious experience in B2B customer service and/or manufacturing is preferred.
