TM Resourcing are delighted to be working with our client based in Warrington to recruit a Quality Administrator on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months.

Working as part of the Service Centre team this is an integral role where the successful will be delivering an exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Quality Administrator your duties will include:

Checking timesheets and expenses for accuracy

Reviewing invoices to ensure compliance, feeding back any errors to individuals and managers

Reviewing invoices

Logging incorrect invoices and advising on actions

Reviewing new starters on-boarded within the business

Ensuring compliance is in line with the business and legislative requirements

Taking ownership of adhoc projects

Working towards set team and department SLA's and KPI's

You will need:

Excellent attention to detail

Good communication skills both written and verbal

IT literate and competent in MS Excel is preferable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to prioritise workload

Good organisational and time management skills
