This role presents a rare opportunity for a senior HR professional with strong OD capabilities to make a real difference. Key Deliverables will be:
Embedding the global A-SAFE purpose, values & culture
A-SAFE People & Organisational Development strategy to achieve business goals
Complete employee experience development to deliver employer of choice status
HR/Talent/Learning & Development global structure to drive & deliver the people strategy

The Candidate
Essential
10-years' experience in a senior HR/OD role in commercial business.
Has led the design and roll out of an employee brand including embedding Purpose and Values
Can create contemporary cultures to facilitate self-managing teams
Can create an atmosphere where pioneering and managed risk-taking leads to brilliant innovations
Can confidently lead a team of accomplished HR Talent and L&D professionals
Has enough strategic mindedness to lead rapid growth
Has enough empathy and warmth to represent and engage the employee voice
Is resilient enough to maintain focus and commitment to living the Values in the face of commercial and operational demands
Is a passionate people person with strong communication and influencing skills.
Has appropriate qualifications and accreditations to deliver HR/OD strategic alignment to meet business objectives. This is likely to be a degree and possibly post graduate level.
Has a positive can-do mindset, a strong innovative outlook and mental agility.
Is an influential role model of best people practice.
Commercially astute and a HR/OD strategist comfortable working at the most senior levels.
International experience including working in different cultures and legal environments.
Has full spectrum HR/OD expertise including Talent, Engagement, Succession, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, Reward, Recognition and Leave-Taking.
Happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with operational challenges when the need arises.

Experience of manufacturing / engineering.
Mergers and acquisitions HR/OD know-how.
Working in rapid growth environments.
