We are looking for a person to join our team who can demonstrate a proven ability to build, consolidate, and maintain their own using database of clients and candidates. You do not require a recruitment background although it would be preferred.
The job role will be varied depending on the volume and the needs of the business daily; your duties will include the following:
* Generating new business
* Consolidating existing business
* Advertising current job roles
* Ensuring there is a pool of candidates who will be able to meet the client's requirements
* Recruiting and screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
* Arranging candidate interviews
* Daily administration and account management to meet our legal obligations
* Ensuring you achieve your short and long term budgetary targets
* Ensure you achieve your daily sales targets
You will need to possess the following qualities:
* Commitment and desire to provide outstanding customer service
* Motivated to achieve set targets
* Have the ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner
* The ability to work in both proactive and reactive ways
* Attention to detail
* Good organisational skills
* Have the ability to write and post engaging job advertisements which allow maximum applicant attraction for each role
* The ability to think on your feet and react accordingly
Although previous recruitment experience would be advantageous we are happy to consider applicants who can demonstrate a strong sales background and work ethic. The successful candidate will enjoy the day to day challenges that recruitment provides, have experience in business to business sales, and have a professional attitude when dealing with candidates and clients alike.
You must be able to provide proof of your eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and have a valid driving licence and your own transport.
