The Position:

The Best Connection are looking to recruit a self-motivated individual to coordinate a large prestigious onsite contract based at our client's premises in Glasgow.

The role is primarily to deal with the daily welfare and management of our temporary workforce of drivers, as well as building & maintaining the company's relationship with the client. A key aspect of the role will also involve coordinating the recruitment and resourcing of staff for this specific client and work with the local branch network to meet the clients' expectations.

Ideally, you will have Recruitment Account Management experience at high volume blue collar clients within the temporary recruitment market. There is scope to develop further accounts at surrounding sites for the right individual.

* Senior Onsite Account Managers who join the company will be rewarded with a basic salary of between GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 dependent on experience

Personal Attributes:

Ability to take ownership and responsibility for large client accounts
People management, Supervisory/Team Leader experience
Excellent communication skills
IT literacy including compilation of presentation documents and Excel

Ability to understand and analyse performance data to formulate improvements and recommendations for the client

Managing client's time and attendance system
Ability to maintain and develop a business relationship including weekly forecast meetings.
Fast learner with a problem solving mentality to offer ideas for further improvement
Attention to detail as key information will be generated and presented to client

Hours of Work: Your working week will consist of 40 hours with 1 hour lunch break each day
