Shire Consulting is looking for a Farm Consultant Executive in Lancashire/ Cumbria on behalf of a leading and established player in Farm Dairy Herd Consultancy.
An enthusiastic, out-going and determined individual is sought to help develop this Dairy Cow Consultancy Business preferably with excellent track record of dairy farming experience and dairy herd business performance.
Working as a key member of the Northern team, your role will be to promote the company's services directly to dairy farmers. The ability to demonstrate how the business's technical and financial services benefit farmers in today's challenging environment is essential.
Whilst an established base of clients are available, a commercial approach will be needed to cultivate non-clients and promote the company's services to gain new business in the changing dynamics of the modern dairying and milk production industry. The successful candidate for this role will use their extensive dairy industry network with strong communication and influencing skills in building new client relationships working along consultancy colleagues to support business development.
Remuneration:-
An excellent salary with bonus, company car, along with a first class training programme
Location: - Home based in the North West for the counties of Lancashire and Cumbria
