Technical Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Payrate: GBP13 p/hour
My client is looking for an Technical Administrator on a contract basis. The role is to provide cover and support the team leader in their day to day activities.
Responsibilities:
* Create and issue reports in a timely manner (OFGEM, finance and health and safety
reporting, waste returns, purchase card reports)
* Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Sharepoint
* Understand where and how to gather relevant information from
* Meet deadlines promptly
* Ensure all documentation is well compiled and up to date
* Knowledge of Coupa - training will be provided
* Liaise with Cogen and Environmental Agency regarding reports
* Manage finance reports by checking and matching figures
* Raise all purchase orders via Coupa Procurement System in a timely manner under
instruction of Manager
Skills:
* Computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
* Good working knowledge of SAP and CAFM (Planon) system or similar workflow packages
* Good Telephone manner & communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in a technical environment i.e Construction, Engineering etc.
Admin experience and ability to collate data for management reporting
