Our client, an award winning company with several sites across Kent and Sussex are seeking an Assistant Manager to strengthen their team at a number of public houses in the Tonbridge area.
The successful candidate will be an energetic, enthusiastic 'natural host' with a great smile and a love of good food who enjoys giving fantastic customer service.
You will be supporting the manager in the daily operations of the establishment with a focus on customer satisfaction, therefore you will need to:
Possess excellent communication skills
Be IT literate
Work well as part of a team
Be able to prioritise your workload
Be able to work well under pressure while keeping a smile on your faceAccommodation is offered as part of the package at a small number of establishments.
