If you are an experienced Lettings negotiator who wants to join a successful and growing innovative lettings and property management agency then look no further.
The employer is looking to add to their wonderful team with an experienced lettings negotiator. The team is based in a stylish contemporary office in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will work in the field conducting viewings and show rounds, taking photographs and conducting market appraisals but will also have administrative duties to fulfil which include general letting administration and support and liaising with landlords and tenants routinely on all lettings related queries. The lettings workload is dealt with either on the telephone via in bound and out bound calls or through a ticket system via our property management software so computer literacy and understanding of how systems work is a must as is an easy manner on the telephone.
Primarily the ideal candidate must be used to a sales environment and able to sell, be comfortable hitting targets and dealing with the pressures of working in a sales focused environment with members of the public as the vast majority of the work is letting private property to tenants and selling property services to landlords.
The ideal candidate will be well organised, poised, diplomatic, a good communicator, a shrewd negotiator, with highly honed customer service and time management skills and most of all be able to work hard diligently under pressure and in a target driven environment.
Ideally previous experience of the property or a similar sales sector would be very advantageous. A full clean driving licence is essential and their own car.
Starting salary approximately GBP18,000- GBP20,000 depending on experience.
This basic salary will be further enhanced by a generous commission package for meeting set targets and a car and travel allowance.
