Marketing Analytics Manager, Permanent - (Gibraltar or London, Kentish Town)
Leading a highly performing team to deliver that provides digital insightful, actionable digital analyses, marketing data insights and prediction enablement strategies, and innovative digital analytic solutions to impact our brands digital revenue, productivity, digital acquisition, digital cross-sell strategies, and digital visitor behaviour.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
?? Accountable for Works with existing and new technologies to shape the development of a high calibre digital analytical and optimization / Personalisation team.
?? Apply digital statistical techniques on large behavioural datasets to:
- measure results and show key trends,
- identify causal impact and attribution, analyse experiments
- model and predict future performance of prospects, customers, products or services
?? Translates digital analytics and behavioural data into key insights and business deliverables.
?? Lead design and implementation of advanced digital channel analytical solutions to identify important online behaviours and recommend actions to drive desired outcomes
?? Presents findings to senior stakeholders and negotiates on strategies to drive performance across the business.
?? Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to build digital data products that enable others to work with reporting effectively and inform decision-making that solve business problems with data.
?? Establish and drives best-practice standards within the team regarding coding and digital analytics.
?? Takes responsibility for delivering key digital channel requirements to the Data Analytics team, within Data Transformation, around the insight product roadmap.
?? Drive regular communication with heads of all key departments and club teams to ensure optimal awareness of digital analytics and marketing initiatives.
?? Accountable for digital marketing analytics team prioritization of work and outputs
?? Accountable for the P&L budget and the development of business cases to support future digital analytics and marketing initiatives.
Knowledge, Expertise & Qualifications
?? BS/BA in quantitative field (Statistics, Digital Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Science).
?? Ability to excel in a fast-paced complex business environment.
?? Experience with various statistical modelling techniques including linear and logistic regression, clustering, segmentation, decision trees, neural networks.
?? Proficient with use of on-line digital data (i.e. Google, Adobe, Tealium, DFA)
?? Experience with on-line large-scale A/B testing or Multivariate testing
?? Proven experience in forecasting, predictive modelling, and machine learning
?? Familiar with the deployment of statistical modelling into e-commerce environments or call centres
?? Proven experience in balancing quantitative rigor with the realities of inconsistent business data
?? Solid working knowledge of current software tools and Internet technologies and aptitude to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
?? Extensive experience of managing significant partnerships and other third parties
?? Excellent knowledge of online gambling & gaming preferred
