This is a strategic role for a professional recruiter who wishes to develop their career away from targeted sales and is looking for a leadership opportunity where they will be rewarded and recognised within one of the most successful recruitment businesses in the UK?
Based in the heart of Huddersfield, this is an opportunity for an ambitious, client-focused Team Leader to join this growing team of call and contact centre specialists and take steps towards a more senior managerial role. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the team in the senior manager's absence and will take a large role in working closely with clients to ensure fulfilment levels and standards are achieved. You will be involved in designing and running assessment centres for clients, maximising client relationships and assisting with further training and development of staff.

You will have 24 months+ recruitment industry experience and will be a capable recruiter, with a proven track record of success who is looking for a long-term challenge within this consultative market. We will consider any related recruitment sector experience.
In return, you will receive a highly competitive basic salary to GBP30K, excellent commission and company benefits.
