Do you have a particular interest in working on light commercial vehicles?
This is working for a solid established dealer group, that have been expanding, which is great sign, in what has been described as a declining market.
In this close-knit and friendly team you will be given ample training to progress into Diagnostic Technician and beyond with this brand! If you are already a Master Technician you should still consider applying as they are able to offer very competitive packages.
Experience
You will need to have NVQ, IMI or City and Guilds Level 1, 2 and 3 in Vehicle Repairs. If you have Light Vehicle (Van) experience then this would be ideal for you. However, this company would also consider someone from a passenger car background. Please note this role will be working on vans only.
The Salary and Benefits
They are looking to pay you GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 basic (depending on experience) accompanied by an excellent bonus scheme.
If you have the brand experience and are Master Technician level then the basic salary can be up to GBP38,000 basic.
The bonus that be earned ranges from GBP250 - GBP900 per month.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm with Saturdays on a rota; 1 in 3 or 1 in 4; 8am - 1pm. The following month you work a Saturday you will be required to work 8am - 5pm. Saturday's are paid at time and a half.
You will also be put onto the latest manufacturer training to expand and build upon your skill set. Your salary will also be reviewed periodically.
