Valuation Surveyor - Client Side

The business is going from strength to strength and now has an opportunity for a Valuation Surveyor to manage a variety of property across various sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to further their career.

The role is newly created due to growth and will be very varied. You will focus on providing internal valuation and risk advice on commercial properties and land. Maintaining a knowledge and understanding of the current statutory and regulatory environment relating to valuation and understanding the portfolio in depth.

To be considered, you will need to be a RICS registered valuer with a background in commercial property.
