Supply Chain Transformation - Manager
The opportunity
As a Manager within the Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) Advisory practice, you'll get the opportunity to work with some of the UKs largest companies across many aspects of their global supply chains.
You'll be a part of a diverse, collaborative team that applies the latest technologies, analytics and leading methodologies to help transform clients' supply chains and make a real difference to our working world.
You'll develop innovative solutions for our clients and work with cutting-edge digital applications such as AI, robotic process automation and IOT as well as leading software technologies such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP & S/4 HANA.
We are looking for people who are passionate about digital innovation, advanced analytics and developing creative solutions within the Supply Chain profession. We also want people who are great communicators, who collaborate well with people and in teams, and who have a real desire to learn.
Your key responsibilities
As an SCT Manager, you'll build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and support development of a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities.
You'll support bids, proposals and lead small to medium complex projects. You'll act as a subject matter resource on one or more areas of supply chain, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape solutions to client problems.
Drawing on your skills and experience, you'll create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership.

Qualifications/skills you'll need in this role:
1. Technical skill requirements:
You'll have a strong academic record with experience and a sound knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
Skill
Experience
Supply Chain Strategy
Experience in developing Supply Chain strategy including Operating Model Design.
SC Planning Functional
Experience in demand and supply planning, sales operations planning, and/or manufacturing scheduling with consumer goods experience.
SC Planning with Technology
Experience in using, implementing and/or developing the business requirements for leading supply chain planning technology, such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis and other cloud based supply chain technologies.
SC Analytics
Experience in developing detailed supply chain analytics (e.g. creating and connecting supply chain models to customer and pricing analytics).
Digital Supply Chain
Experience in applying or implementing next-generation supply chain technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, cognitive automation and AI, Internet-of-Things (IOT), Blockchain, big data analytics
Logistics
Experience in logistics network design and network modelling; understanding and experience in global customs and trade, 3PL and 4PL or supply chain Control Tower management, experience in WMS and TMS technologies
