Working as part of the UK and Europe Commercial Development team, this role focusses on supporting the design, development and implementation of Customer Experience (CX) strategy for Worldpay's Small-to-Medium Enterprise (SME) customer portfolio.

How you will contribute?
The role will involve cross-functional working to identify and design Customer Experience improvement initiatives, win stakeholder buy-in and deliver change into the business that will drive both excellent Customer Experience and positive financial outcomes.

This role will involve engaging with stakeholders across various areas of the business, particularly those that directly impact the end-to-end customer journey.

Why you?
You will have at least 1-2 years working in CX with experience in shaping CX strategy and a passion for helping organisations deliver first class customer journeys. You will have good knowledge of the latest trends and thinking in CX across industries.

You will also be highly skilled at synthesising, analysing and presenting data from multiple sources. You will be able to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels and use tools and techniques such as customer journey mapping, customer experience metrics, customer segmentation, customer research and experience design to manage improvement initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
