About the role:

Our client is currently seeking a Labourer to join our PropertyPlus Repairs team on a 6 month contract basis to assist in providing an efficient responsive repair, maintenance and refurbishment service within the Gloucestershire area. Working to agreed objectives and timescales you will ensure the standard of work is maintained to a high standard.  

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate practical skills in building repair, maintenance and refurbishment to domestic properties, particularly in social housing. Knowledge of building standards and regulations is essential and you will have the ability to work to set deadlines.
