The Company   

Our client provides connectivity and infrastructure outsourcing solutions to communications, applications, content and cloud service providers globally. They have the network infrastructure, intelligence and expertise to deliver connectivity and communications services that support the success of their customers.  

They are now looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their dedicated team in London.

The Role  

As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll provide an excellent level of service to new and existing customers.   

In this varied role, you’ll handle the majority of daily communications with customers, including email and telephone enquiries, as well as face-to-face interaction at customer meetings and events.   

You’ll follow up on quotations, ensure customer orders are correct and obtain information from new customers.    

Additionally, you’ll perform a range of administrative tasks, including updating internal systems, quotation modules, raising order forms and making capacity and distance checks.   

About You   

To be considered as a Sales Support Executive, you’ll need:   

- Experience of working in an administrative role   
- Previous experience of communicating with external and internal customers over the phone and via email   
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook   
- A positive attitude   
- Great interpersonal skills   

Experience of working in the telecommunications industry would be beneficial to your application.
