Their Compliance and Support team are looking for a positive and dynamic person to join their dedicated team.

 

What you'll be doing 

You’ll have a rolling caseload (on average around 100 cases) of reported anti-social behavior and tenancy breaches.  You will support the customers to prevent legal action and eviction by working with colleagues and other agencies to find solutions to resolve the issues, exhausting all learning interventions and working with communities.

 

You’ll provide a consistent, customer focused service which will include tackling neighbour disputes, noise nuisance, harassment, domestic violence and hate crime.

You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and creative, with great people skills and a can do approach.

 

You’ll have experience of working with customers to develop relationships, resolve problems and have the opportunity to continue building your experience as part of a close team where talent is recognised and encouraged.

 

You’ll have great communication skills and be used to working within a busy team, as well as having a methodical, organised approach to a varied workload. 

 

At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!

 

When and where you'll be doing it

You will be able to work flexibly, 37 hours per week, based on customers’ needs.  You will be responsible for organising your own workload and setting your diary appointments.

 

You’ll be based in our client’s Head Office in Bath, however you will need to travel around to visit customers so the ability to travel in BANES and the surrounding areas is important.
