The main responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative will include the following;

Dealing with customer queries via phone calls, emails and live chat
Liaise with other departments
Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints
General administration with data entry
Actively seeking to improve processes and work flows

Profile

The successful Customer Service Representative will have the following skills and experiences;

Previous office customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well within a team as well as individually
Customer focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
