Training Specialist - Operations
Our client is recruiting for a Trainer to join their Customer Operations Team, you will be responsible for continually reviewing the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of team and business needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting internal communications and delivering the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Your creativity is needed to design, develop, deliver and evaluate training for the Customer Operations team.
Your expertise are needed as below;
- Expert knowledge and practical experience of using contact centre technology to effectively train, coach and support others
- Demonstrable experience of building expert knowledge and practical experience of departmental processes, work instructions, products and services in order to effectively train, coach and support others
- Ability to successfully use a range of training media (various forms of presentation equipment, web based tools, etc) matched to training objectives, audiences and learning styles
- Ability to effectively develop and deliver technical training to non-technical users
- Expert knowledge and practical experience of using contact centre technology to effectively train, coach and support others
