Customer Service Advisor
Dorking, Surrey
£20,000 - £24,000 + Benefits
Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Dorking. You will handle enquiries, supporting customers via telephone, email or online, delivering a high level of customer care.
Being one of the first points of contact for customers, you will advise on billing, collection of water, wastewater, service charges and leakage / consumption. Further to this you will schedule work for mobile engineers across all departments and proactively handle complaints received.
Having experience in a contact centre environment and call handling, you will have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers. You’ll be familiar with the use of business systems to record customer contact and be competent using Microsoft
packages.
