Permanent, Full Time

42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are currently seeking for Multi Skilled Technicians to complete day to day maintenance work in Chesham. You must be skilled in 3 or more trades (not core), and will be able to work unsupervised.

 

Your key responsibilities will be to carry out all maintenance works within your designated trades unsupervised, to a high standard and aligned to approved codes of practice and regulations ensuring a first time fix wherever possible and within the target response times. 

 

The successful candidate must have a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ or relevant experience in maintenance and repairs work specific to trades. A sound knowledge of relevant legislation and/or Codes of Practice i.e. construction, building regulations and health and safety is required.

 

Due to the nature of the role a full valid driving licence is essential. You will also be required to be part of the ‘On Call’ team to cover the out of hours work when required.
