Our client began trading at the beginning of 2008 and is built upon 2 decades of experience, delivering a common-sense approach to a cross section of clients across property portfolios and single sites, principally in the field of asbestos risk management.
Due to a period of maternity leave, they are now looking to appoint a Project Administrator on a temporary, part time basis.
Joining a small, hardworking team, you will be responsible for producing our survey and inspection reports in preparation for Quality Assurance before they are dispatched to clients.
Using Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and Adobe, you will chase up information from external suppliers for inclusion in our reports, retrieve information from internal systems for reporting purposes and update the internal workflow tracking systems, maintaining accuracy of information.
With strong IT and organisational skills, you will have the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a positive, motivated and driven attitude to work. Able to work on your own initiative and pick up information quickly, you will have a good eye for detail and demonstrable experience in an administrative capacity.
Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to be available from the first week in December and we anticipate the position lasting between 9 to 12 months.
Hours of work: 08.30 to 15.30, 3 days per week (currently Tuesday - Thursday but they are happy to consider alternative patterns).
