As a Continuous Improvement Business Partner, you will support the development and delivery of a quality assurance approach to customer complaints, the planning and delivery of a continuous programme of business wide service and process reviews in line with key corporate and service plan objectives. You will continually improve the internal and external customer experience based on customer satisfaction feedback, intelligence, research and benchmarking.
Working with colleagues across the business you will have a logical, analytical and process driven approach for continuous improvement, be delivery focused and make things happen on time.
