They’re here to help people who are struggling to find a place to live. They help customers to stay in their homes comfortably, so that they can live the life they choose.


They’re looking for an experienced Home Ownership Officer to provide an exceptional service for home owners.  You will be reporting to the Home Ownership Manager taking responsibility for key operational and frontline functions and services to customers and stakeholders. No day will be the same, so you will have an interesting and varied remit with the challenge of managing the wide range of functions that sit in this area. Joining up how the organisation works, to ensure we understand the needs of homeowners, the communal services they receive are well managed and service charges are well presented and understood and collected.


You will work collaboratively with operational and customer contact teams to deliver an easy to access customer centred service. Our client aims to improve the services they offer by applying a collaborative and flexible approach and you will embody and champion this approach. You’ll be able to work collaboratively with operational teams to deliver positive solutions.  


The successful candidate will have background and experience in home ownership.
