Charity Administrator (30 hours)

Our current Administrator is leaving and we are looking for a self-motivated and confident individual to take over the reins of this unique and satisfying role.
£22,500 per annum, rising to £23,500 on successful completion of 6 months’ probationary period
30 per week Monday to Friday
Collin’s Homes, Derby Road, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 2TF
Details of Role:
Supporting trustees in their accountability for the strategy and operations of the charity, managing all aspects of the charity’s operations; helping the Warden support residents as appropriate; liaising with contractors regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the properties; providing the administration to enable the Treasurer to maintain the accounts of the charity, including collection of fees and payment of invoices; liaising with professionals including solicitors, insurers, investment advisors, and others; servicing meetings; helping to ensure the prompt and efficient production of the annual accounts and audit.
Essential requirements include the ability to communicate with people at all levels; good administrative, financial, computer and PR skills; initiative, ability to manage own workload, and utmost discretion.
