This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to broaden their range of skills and knowledge in caring for people in their own environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
We require staff with excellent communication skills and effective decision making skills. You will provide high quality clinical care for patients in the community setting within the Sixpenny Handley and Broad Chalk and Blandford Areas.
We have band 5 posts available from 22.5 to 30 hours. Any training required will be supported by the Team and the Trust.
