This vacancy has been placed on behalf of Zenith Resources who operate as an employment business.
We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator for a leading oil & gas services company in Aberdeen. This will be an initial 6 month contract.
The main purpose of the role will be to support all aspects of generalist HR, and employee life cycle as required, working on a daily basis with the senior HR Advisor and Manager, This will be a fast paced role with a variety of tasks.
The main duties will include but not be restricted to:-
Dealing with general HR enquiries
Supporting in the selection of staff
Arranging interviews and taking references
Prepare contracts of employment
Update job descriptions
Applicants should be CID qualified. with demonstrable HR administrative/Coordination experience. A flexible attitude is a must to support in any tasks required including general admin duties
There can be a degree of flexibility in the role. Can be between 32 to 40 hours and split over 4- 5 days.
