Cornwall Staff Agency are looking for a passionate Store Manager to join our client’s specialist award winning bakery and coffee shop in the picturesque Cornish town of Padstow.  

The ideal person will have strong management experience within a similar role. You must be hands on, focused, driven and passionate whilst also being engaging with a seasonal team, supporting all staff members, succeeding outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to…

• Lead the team to maintain levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations

• The smooth running of the day to day operation

• Provide training to all team members

• Creating weekly rota & manage staff ratio’s

• Adhere to all food safety & H&S legislation

• Monitor & control all ordering

• Working closely with colleagues to continually develop

• Cash handling

Qualities you will need to display:

• The ability to engage with staff and guests alike

• Previous experience in a similar management role

• The ability to deliver a high level of customer care consistently

• Have food Hygiene certificate and Health & Safety experience

The salary for this role is £24,000pa, depending on experience plus an achievable bonus.

This is a permanent position and we are ideally looking for candidates and would be immediately available to start. You will need to be flexible to shop needs.
