Our client is a lettings and sales agent that specialises in student housing and prides itself on providing simple, stylish and affordable accommodation packages. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Plymouth.

Your Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with driving the activities of the Sales Team to deliver on company objectives and ensure that the business continues to thrive and grow.

Ensuring our client remains as the market leader for Plymouth and maintains their excellent reputation, you will ensure that every customer receives an outstanding experience at every stage of their lettings journey.

Your role will also involve:

- Managing client needs and expectations to an excellent standard
- Ensuring effective sales processes including measures and accountability
- Delivering sales results and improving sales processes
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships both internally and externally

About You

To be considered as the Sales Manager, you will need:

- Previous sales management experience
- Experience of the lettings market
- Strength of character to manage and motivate a strong team well
- Personal ‘presence’ and gravitas to lead and make an impact in the market
- The ability to plan, motivate, and train a team
- Good analytical and computer skills
- The ability to think innovatively and is eager to search for new ideas and opportunities
- The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, customers and colleagues
