We are looking for an organised and collaborative individual to join us as the Knowledge Exchange Administrator in the Business & Innovation department at London College of Fashion (LCF).

The role sits within Enterprise Projects, a team which develops and manages LCF's large-scale, externally-funded Knowledge Exchange (KE) projects. KE is one of three priority areas, along with teaching and research, in the academic mission of University Arts London (UAL). Working in collaboration with businesses, universities and third-sector organisations, LCF's KE projects are pioneering change within the fashion industry and enhancing the student experience.

As Knowledge Exchange Administrator, your remit will include:

  • Leading on administrative processes for LCF's internal and external KE reporting;
  • Pro-actively developing links across LCF to inform colleagues of reporting procedures, providing training to colleagues where required, and gaining relevant information from departments and schools about their KE activities, in order to maintain the college's KE reporting;
  • Leading on the administration for reporting of externally funded projects, and working with relevant colleagues at LCF and central UAL to ensure funder-required processes are met;
  • Assisting with the planning and implementation of project activities such as events or business support workshops;
  • Providing support for the development of new projects through researching funding opportunities and contributing to the development of funding bids by coordinating contributions from staff and external university and industry partners.
