Are you an experienced Business Analyst with financial services experience looking for a new challenge?
Change at Belmont Green Finance Limited (BGFL) is responsible for the delivery of all Business Change services, functions and capabilities across the organisation.
BGFL is predominately located in the Staines office, with a satellite office based in central London and one in Skipton Yorkshire. As a Specialist Lender the change agenda is considerable and will need to be expertly defined and managed as we grow the business, expand our product offering and refine our Target Operating Model.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the business and technology partners to capture and clearly define the business requirements ensuring they align with the business operating model and are 'fit for purpose as well as Clear mapping and analysis of the "as is" process.
Documenting and implementing "to be" process supported by the control model whilst proactively identifying, raising and manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies with clear mitigating action plans through to closure.
Stakeholder Management, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive satisfactory outcomes. Responsible for engagement with Senior Management / ExCo teams
Facilitates design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate and validate proposed solutions as well as build system and domain knowledge to become a Change SME across the Target Operating Model
Analyse and identify ways to streamline and improve the customer journey and internal processes whilst being accountable for the design of test scenarios and delivery of test scripts and defect management
Skills and Experience Required (or desired):
Essential:
Good understanding of BA methodologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear attention to detail
Hands on in their approach
Comfortable being the sole Business Analyst on projects
Being Agile to change
Good teamwork and positive attitude
Desirable:
Ideally a strong understanding of the mortgage lending industry.
Experience in managing small change projects
Relevant BA qualifications i.e. BCS Diploma in Business Analysis
