Clearfield are currently recruiting exclusively on behalf of a well established quantity surveying and project management consultancy based in Ipswich.
They provide these services to a broad, mainly repeat, client base in the construction industry across various sectors including health, education, commercial, Leisure and residential up to GBP30m in value.
They are looking for an additional person to join their team at Intermediate Quantity Surveyor level, who has some previous experience of Quantity Surveying, but they are flexible on background, it would not matter whether this would have been for a Consultancy, or Main contractor or Sub Contractor. Degree or professional membership (e.g. RICs) is not a requirement, but beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity for career growth/ progression, with on-going training/ education to enable continued development, including such as Chartership status, in a supported and forward thinking environment.
Going forward you would progress through to running projects and financially managing all aspects of their clients' interests on a variety of construction projects.
